Why partner with JDJ
7+ years of specialized expertise with a remote model that scales.
No overhead, full depth
Access specialist expertise without hiring permanent staff or managing office expansion.
Proven regulatory expertise
Years of navigating complex, multi-agency review processes and evolving local regulations across diverse jurisdictions.
Established market presence
A track record built across multiple active markets — not a single-city operation, but consistent, on-the-ground project experience wherever we work.
Adaptable to local process
Every jurisdiction handles entitlements differently. Our team adjusts to local agency requirements, review timelines, and procedural nuances rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Client relationship
Flexible by design. We can operate fully behind the scenes, or connect directly with your clients when that’s what the project calls for. You set the model.
Consistent process, every time
A standardized review and delivery process means the same quality control and attention to detail on every project, regardless of jurisdiction or project size.

Partnership qualifications
We’re selective. These criteria ensure mutual success.
You should consider partnering if:
- You have existing clients needing permit or entitlements support.
- Projects in our core markets: California (LA, Bay Area, San Diego), Texas (Austin, San Antonio, DFW), or Florida (Miami, Tampa, Orlando).
- Clients value speed and expertise over the lowest fee.
- You can commit to a 90-day trial minimum for retainer or white-label.
- You’re open to our workflows—we own execution, you own client relationship.
We’re not the fit if:
- Projects outside our markets (no agency relationships yet).
- You need us to bid RFPs with fixed, discounted rates upfront.
- You expect white-glove client communication.
- You need subcontractor liability insurance beyond standard E&O.
Frequently asked
How do you handle liability and insurance?
We carry standard E&O insurance. For white-label arrangements, we can name your firm as additional insured on relevant claims. Review with your insurance broker before signing.
What does “no direct client contact” mean?
You’re the client-facing point. We communicate with you; you communicate with your end client. Exceptions: agency coordination calls and optional review meetings.
Can we negotiate pricing for longer retainers?
Yes. Volume (project count per quarter) drives discounts. Bring your typical volume and budget, and we’ll model a custom rate card.
How quickly can you scale for us?
Overflow (1–3/quarter): immediate. Retainer (4–6/quarter): 2–3 week onboarding. White-label (6+/month): 30-day integration with your systems.
Do you do site visits or local staff?
Yes. For any in-person needs, we have an in-house representative and consultants who can deliver legal documents, coordinate with city agencies, and meet with clients as needed.
What if a project stalls or timeline changes?
Retainer and white-label partners get priority re-queuing. We’ll adjust timelines or descope work together. Project-based arrangements are fee-locked; scope changes require amendment.
Not sure if partnership fits your practice?
That’s exactly what the 10-minute call is for. Zero commitment. We’ll be honest about fit.
