How quickly can you turn around a feasibility report?

Standard feasibility reports are delivered within 48–72 hours of receiving the parcel information. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available for
an additional fee.

Do you work with residential as well as commercial projects?

Yes. We handle both residential (ADUs, single-family additions, pools, accessory structures) and commercial projects (change-of-use, ground-up, TI) across all our markets.

Can you help with a project already stuck in plan check?

Yes. Rescuing stalled projects is one of our most common engagements. We review the plan check comment letter, develop a resolution strategy, and work directly with the city to move the file forward.

Do you charge hourly or flat fee?

We charge flat fees for all standard services.
Scope and price are agreed in writing before any work begins — no hourly surprises.

What markets do you currently serve in Texas?

We are active in Austin, Houston, and Dallas. Within Austin, we work with Travis County TNR, the City’s Development Services Department, and special programs including SMART Housing, Affordability Unlocked, and HOME Phase 1/2.

Can you act as the applicant of record for permit submissions?

We act as the authorized agent on most permit submissions. In jurisdictions where an owner or licensed design professional must be the applicant, we coordinate directly with your architect or engineer to prepare and submit all documentation.
